To start enjoying your great outdoors, invest in great patio furniture. In the last video, we discussed the importance of deciding what you will use your space for, before you shop. Here are a couple more tips to help you avoid the wrong furniture.
Inexpensive sets might be great for one summer but don’t expect them to last. Cheap plastics break, low-quality metals don’t hold welds, and budget cushions will rot under the heat and UV Rays of the summer sun. Also, you’ll probably continue using your furniture past Labor Day so choose low-maintenance, well-crafted furniture to save yourself future purchases.
In addition, if your home experiences high winds and rain on occasion, you might choose something that has enough weight to stay put. Conversely, if you don’t want guests scraping up your deck pushing heavy chairs, consider lighter furniture or swivel chairs.
